Q:How many vehicles does the Diagun cover?
A:Different Diagun allocated area has different vehicles configuration,normally the vehicles number is 39 and 41,please go to DIAGUN to learn
Q:Does Diagun language is multiple?
A:Yes,it is.There are about 20languages interface available for Diagun,but be caution this is only Display language doesn't mean the system language is 20,for example,if your software language is Spanish but your choose the language in English,that will come out 2results.1)There are something couldn't be appeared on the screen 2)Only a few things could display but the diagnostic data still be in Spanish
Q:Why my smartbox deosn't match the Main Unit(PDA) and also the PDA reminds me "Contact your local dealer"?
A:This means the software serial number in your PDA SD card doesn't match your smartbox serial number.In this case you will need to contact your supplier if they give you the right smartbox!
Q:How to set the right language I need?
A:Get accessed the PDA and then click "settings",you will see the interface of languages are all listed there,choose the right one and click "Yes" will be OK
Q:How to read the serial number?
A:Power on your PDA and connect smartbox,click "Bluetooth" after a few seconds the serial number will be shown at the screen bottom,the time is very short about 4-5s.
Q:Does the Diagun printer is available?
A:Yes,it's special printer for Diagun named "Printbox",which now is available at the market.
Q:How to install the Diagun printer patch?
A:Download the Diagun printer patch and update it to your SD card,click that exe file and the patch will be installed automatically

A:LENOVO: LJ2250/LJ2250N, P3900 Series or BROTHER: P2150, 5200/6200 Series and MW-120,MW-140BT,MW-260,this kinds of printers are available to Diagun

A:Take out the CF and printer,reset the machine,if the main unit still blank screen,your motherboard down,but if the screen could work fine,backup your card and format it,and upgrade the latest display program to the card,then insert the card to main unit to try again

A:Test your smartbox,normally the problem comes by that

A:Put your printer to another X431 main unit and to see if the printer could work,if so,then the problem from your motherboard.Vice verse,your printer is down
Q:Why my machine couldn't read the CF card?
A:Check if the folder "data" in the card.if so.The problem would be your CF card was down,change a CF card to test again
